Wow, that was kind of amazing. It's definitely filled with inside jokes, to be sure, and that will NOT suit everyone's tastes. For those familiar with TGWTG, though, this is pretty awesome. The animation is a little sub-par, though, but it still gets the message across well enough. Nice work, man.
That was a very sweet flash video. 'Course, the site isn't really geared toward Christian stuff, and power to the site for that, but in all honesty people who are offended by this video can do what other people should do when something offends them and ignore it - there's an entire section dedicated to making religiously offensive material that other people simply have learned to ignore, so it's quite hypocritical to attack a video just because you don't believe it's message.
The animation was alright (anime Jesus? What is this...?), and the voice acting was passable, and the message has been heard before. Nonetheless, it was still very well constructed; the symbolism is really quite effectively placed throughout, and the quoting of a passage about love at the end made it impossible to mistake what you were talking about.
In fact, I will actually agree with some of the more polite atheist messages saying that most people will catch the symbolism perfectly fine without a description (that's what symbolism is for, after all), so you can get the best of both world if you leave a less wordy description of the video (say, for example, this is about Jesus' love... and leave it there).
... but with more interesting animation and bunnies. It's done quite well, like the aformentioned movies, as well, which also makes me wonder why it's hanging on such a low score.
I only really started hanging around Newgrounds again because I was waiting for this movie to come one. After the first part, I wanted to see where you'd take it.
After watching the minigun, different protagonist and helicoptor scene (oh God the helicoptor scene) I'd have to say you didn't disappoint at all. Incredible stuff.
... but the real reason I'm commenting is to point out the awesome 'Avast Fluttershy's Ass' track in the credits. I did not see it coming, and it was great.
This is a fun game, but if you figure it out it becomes far too easy. If people figure out to avoid the Firepower upgrade after what is visually the highest level they will keep their quick fire rate, if one collects all the shields that player is essentially invulnerable for the entire level, and every 10,000 pixels (EVERY 10,000 pixels) nets them an extra life... considering there are roughly 80-90k pixels to shoot in the levels past 10, that's a lot of extra tries. After a while one doesn't need to try - just collect shields, avoid FP, and kill oneself if they get too many FP upgrades.
Any one of these very simple changes could make the game viably hard in the later stages. Remove free ships after... say, 100k points (or make it something very difficult to achieve, like every 100k points). Keep one's FP upgrades if one dies (that way for every upgrade they accidentally collect they are cumulatively. punished for). Remove shields after a certain point in the game. Any one of these changes (or any combination, for that matter) will make the game into something that will eventually end.
For what it is, this is incredible. I didn't even like the show that much, but this really makes me want to see some Power Rangers again. Make it happen, man.
I must say, if that's how you react to heartbreak then... well, I'd suggest getting help but I think after you find out you react like that it becomes a moot point.
Good thing I watched it after 12:00am - it's now Saturday... and Sunday comes afterword
GAAHH, can't stop myself from that. Anyway, good idea, nice references to the Ring movie, the animation works (although it could've been better - the lip animation weren't ringing well with me, even though the syncing was fine). Definitely creepy.

Glad you liked it!
I'll try to work more on my animation, sure.

Otherwise, nice movie - I enjoyed it.

Very much like ASDF movie...

Fun, but broken

Pico, no!!
The single best voice acting bit I've ever heard on here, I shit you not.
The rest of the video is alright, but that one line pretty much made it for me. Patrick Seymour, you are the man.
He's the best ;D

Very well done

Nicely done.
